Deciding the Fees	December	SMC, Trust Body	The fees is decided and it has been never more than 10 Percent of the previous Fees.
Sending to Local Authorities	January First week	Local Govt. Authorities like DDPI and BEO	To get approval from local authorities
Informing Parents	January Last week	Parents	Fee is informed to the parents via POP or PTM and Notice Boards and Website.
